The course comprises

  • Presentation

    The presentation (1 hour:10 mins, 25 questions) is divided into sections with a review quiz to help assess how much information you have retained. On completion of each quiz the answers can be reviewed together with the correct responses.

  • CPD certification quiz (25 questions)

    The certification quiz contains all the questions in the same order as given in the presentation but you have only one attempt at each. The pass mark is 70%; if you have completed and reviewed the presentation thoroughly you should score 100%! If you score less than 70% make a note of the questions answered incorrectly then review the relevant parts of the presentation and repeat the quiz.

{slide=I am trying to proceed on the course but all I see is an animated circle. What is the problem?}

This is a problem that AOL users experience when using the web browser within the main AOL interface.
If you are using AOL, to avoid the problem simply minimise AOL (do not disconnect the internet connection) and use a web browser (i.e. Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox) instead.

{slide=What is the best web browser to use for this course?}

The Dental-Channel system is compatible with the major web browsers. For best results we recommend the most recent versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox.

You can download these web browsers here:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/downloads/ie/getitnow.mspx

http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/

{slide=My sound quality isn't very good. Is this a technical problem?}

The On-demand webinars are recordings of the Live Webinars which take place monthly. As the audio is recorded over the internet the sound should be closer to telephone sound quality rather than CD sound quality.
We endeavour to ensure that all audio faults are removed and that the sound quality does not detract from the viewing experience.
