About the presenter
Dr Rahul Doshi, with Dr Ashish Parmar, is an award-winning dentist who has featured on Extreme Makeover UK. He lectures nationally and internationally (India, Germany, Italy) and has built successful strategies in converting predominantly NHS patients to accept high end private dentistry. That’s right, fees that are a many times more than what patients were accustomed to paying for their dental care.
Has published articles in many of the dental publications including Private Dentistry, Aesthetic Dentistry, The Probe, Dental Practice and The Dentist.

Quickstart guide

Instructions
Before the event:
- Select Links (on the course details menu above)
NB You must be logged in and enrolled to see the course details menu icons
- Select Joining Informationand follow the instructions
- A confirmation email will be sent confirming your place together with the password, your unique registration ID (for CPD) and link to the session. The event details can be added to your calendar (e.g. Outlook).
- If you would like to submit questions for the presenter in advance these should be forwarded by email to us.
- Join the test session if this is your first event or you wish to test a new computer configuration.
On the day:
- Login 15-20 minutes before the scheduled start time using the link in the confirmation email
- Relax and enjoy the session.
- If you misplace your confirmation email select Joining Information from Links and re-enter your name and email address; the details will be re-sent.
Evaluation & CPD certification:
- After the event complete the short evaluation (accessed via Links or
 Learning Paths) within 48 hours.
- Download your CPD certificate from
 Gradebook.

What do I need?
- Reliable broadband connection and computer (a wired rather than wireless connection recommended)
- Windows XP (recommended), Windows Vista, MacOS and Linux supported. NB Webcam video is only supported in Windows XP or Vista.
- A headset or webcam are not necessary but will help make the most of the experience.
Test session
A test session will be held on Monday 2nd June, 18:00-19:00. This is highly recommended if you have not attended a live webinar recently or if you have recently changed your computer's configuration.
