How does it work?
Rather than going to a lecture we bring the lecturer to you courtesy of your computer and broadband connection. Gather with your colleagues at lunchtime and listen to a lecture followed by a lively discussion. If you want to ask questions you can; it's up to you. Afterwards complete a short evaluation and download your verifiable CPD certificate; it's that simple.
On-demand recordings
If you miss a live event or wish to listen to it again the recording lets you do just that and gain an additional 1 hour of verifiable CPD by answering the CPD accompanying questions correctly.
Discussion forum
If you have questions that you would like to have raised in the live session but did not, you can post them in the discussion forum. This is an excellent way to ask for advice or reply to questions posed by fellow nurses.
Individual subscription
The service is primarily designed for practices who wish to provide their nurses with a convenient and practical professional development resource. However nurses who are responsible for funding their own CPD may take out a subscription to just the on-demand recordings and discussion forum for £150.00.
Pricing
£599.99 inc. VAT for the annual programme for up to 5 nurses. This provides 22 hours of verifiable for each nurse.

All your verifiable CPD and more...
From 1 August 2008 the General Dental Council will require all DCPs (dental care professionals) to complete at least 150 hours of continuing professional development (CPD) over a five year cycle, of which at least 50 must be verifiable.
Our new service provides well in excess of the number of verifiable CPD hours (over 20 from the live and recorded webinars each year), with general CPD available from the forum and related resources.
Verifiable CPD
Each live event is valid for one hour of verifiable CPD, so attend all 11 and you will gain 11 hours of verifiable CPD. You can even gain additional verifiable CPD hours by viewing the recording and completing the accompanying quiz. If you have questions you did not ask during the live event you can ask them in the discussion forum. The time you spend there is recorded and you can use that for your general CPD record.
General CPD
The time spent in the discussion forum is valid for CPD (this is displayed on the forum page) as will time spent viewing the recordings that are not already certified for verifiable CPD.
