Aim
This will aim to bring Webinar participants up to date on concepts and approaches being applied in the practice of minimal interventive dentistry
Objectives
The principal objectives will be to reinforce or encourage a commitment to minimal interventive dentistry, and to stimulate continuous quality development in this aspect of clinical practice.
Outcomes
It is hoped to expand the practice of state-of-the-art minimal interventive dentistry amongst the Webinar participants and, in turn, generate benefit to their patients.

Instructions
- Check your email for confirmation of enrolment
- A week before the event you will receive joining instructions by email
- We open the session an hour before the scheduled start
- Use the link in the email to join the session
- NB If this is your first live webinar we strongly recommend attending a test session, details of which will be in your joining instructions
A reminder will also be sent via email 24 hours prior to the event. If you have registered using a work email but will be joining from home make sure that you can either access this email from home or forward it to your personal email address.
To join the webinar you will need:
- Windows PC/Apple Macintosh* and broadband connection (a wired connection rather than wireless connection is recommended)
- Basic computer skills
- Loudspeakers or a headset (recommended). If listening by telephone you may wish to use a telephone with a hands-free facility or headset.
The following are recommended to make the most of the session but not neccesary
- Webcam
- A microphone or headset
- Glass of wine (or preferred alternative) and nibbles!
- We run a test session normally 48 hours before the event to make sure that your computer is configured correctly and to give you a quick guide to the webinar process. This should take no longer than 15 minutes. Please check your joining instructions email for any additional information.
- The webinar session is opened an hour early on the day of the event so that you can login in good time. A freephone number is available for assistance should this be required.

- Once the webinar is finished you must complete the course evaluation (

- Your CPD certificate will be made available to you in
Gradebook once the evaluation is completed and 72 hours after the event.

About the Presenter
Nairn Wilson is Professor of Restorative Dentistry and Dean and Head of the King’s College London Dental Institute. His many positions include President of the General Dental Council, Chairman of the Joint Committee for Specialist Training in Dentistry, Editor in Chief of the Quintessentials of Dental Practice Series, Chairman of the British Dental Editors Forum and Chairman and Honorary Director of the Oral and Dental Research Trust.
His interests and special expertise encompass the regulation of dentistry, trends in dental education, tooth-coloured restorative systems, applied dental materials science, clinical trial methodology, and the modern management of caries.l

Unlike conventional seminars, our webinars provide an informal atmosphere and the added benefit of private chat, comments and questions.

We run a test session 48 hours before the event to make sure that your computer is configured correctly and to give you a quick guide to the webinar process.
