Best Example of Widespread Adoption Within an Organisation

The Dental Channel have been awarded the 'Best example of securing enthusiastic and widespread adoption within an organisation' Award for the CD-ROM Pulp Afflictions at the elearning Awards, Royal Garden Hotel, London on 13th October 2005. 

The judges felt that, "Challenged with providing learning to NHS dentists in England and Wales on a complex subject (Endodontics) via e-learning, the Dental Channel is to be congratulated on its excellent submission and presentation...The judges were particularly impressed by the promotional activities undertaken to increase awareness, identified as the main inhibitor for greater use and acceptance of e-learning...The judges are further encouraged by the ongoing marketing to maintain the momentum."

The cleverly titled program "Pulp Afflictions" is a fantastic demonstration of how e-learning can emcompass innovative audio-visual elements to engineer an extremely engaging learning experience.  The Dental Channel have created a variety of titles on CD-ROM which have received critical acclaim by the dental, audio-visual and e-learning industries.  More information on these CD-ROM titles can be found on our website.
