All of the Dental Channel CD-ROMs allow you to print the CPD certificate for the first module* directly from the disc.  If you have one of the multi-module CD-ROM programs and would like to request certificates for additional modules, you will need to provide a copy of your progress report, which can also be printed directly from the disc.  Certificates will then be provided by post or email.
