Looking forward to 2022
Webinar survey
At the tail end of last year we asked members about some proposed changes to our webinar programme. The pandemic has meant that everyone has become familiar with online meetings, often to the point of exhaustion. Coupled with the new pressures on dental practice we wanted to make sure that our live programme fits in with very busy professional and personal lives. Now that we have had the opportunity to review the responses, here are the changes we are making.
Evening Expert changes
Our first webinar is Infection Control in the Fast Lane! presented by Dr Caroline Pankhurst. Reflecting the feedback from our regular members, we are staying with Wednesdays but moving to the earlier time of 7:30pm and will finish by 9pm.
The title is timely too, with the news that the brakes applied by Omicron look like they are going to be gradually released. It is indeed a fast-moving subject, though perhaps we will soon be able to regain a more manageable pace. Here's hoping!
Saturday webinars
On-demands
Premium for all
The CPD section underwent a significant overhaul recently. One of the big changes is the simplification of our CPD subscriptions with the new Premium plan. We have moved from an annual to monthly model to reduce the cost of entry and improve flexibility. Access all our on-demand courses and any Evening Expert webinar during the subscription period for £24.99 (correct at time of publication). This renews automatically until cancelled, so you can enrol for one month, two months or as many as you want.
We hope that this will encourage more to explore our live and on-demand resources, especially DCPs and newly qualified dentists.
New Year Resolution
It has been far too long since my last blog entry. Look out for regular ones this year that will cover the recent site changes and other topics.
I hope you like the changes we are making. Let us know!
